Always on the lookout for some interesting and beguiling eateries, we came across EVOO Eatery and Pizzeria and were left spell-bound by their warmth, minimal beauty, and impeccable Italian food.

Enter EVOO, which extends its predecessors’ mandate of bringing pasta to the people (it’s located on the Shivalik Main Road), but where the focus is, at least for now, squarely on the food.
